In addition to the 808NOVAPE media campaign, ten ‘Breathe Aloha’ murals were painted at schools across the State in collaboration with Keep It Flowing Media and high school students in 2018 and 2019.
Children and teenager are bombarded with advertisements and messages promoting e-cigarettes and vaping online, on social media, and in and around the stores in their communities. In some cases vape shops are located directly across the street from school. To be able to work with students to produce a positive message regarding vaping prevention and awareness that students will see on their campus for years to come was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up!
