Pay via Check
To receive an invoice and pay via check, please contact conference@hiphi.org. Please include your organization name, address, billing contact, and how many tickets you plan to purchase.
Registration Transfers, Cancellation, and Refunds
Requests must be submitted by email to conference@hiphi.org by May 31, 2026. There is a $50 processing fee for ALL cancellations/refunds; allow up to four weeks for processing. No refunds will be processed for no-shows.
Request must include:
- Order Reference Number
- Ticket holder’s full name
- Ticket holder’s email address
Alternatively, registration can be transferred to another individual. Please submit your request by email to conference@hiphi.org by June 12, 2026. All requests must include:
- Order Reference Number
- Current ticket holder’s full name & email address
- Full name and email of whom you wish to transfer the ticket to
