Are you interested in learning how laws are made in Hawaii? Have an idea for a law, interested in testifying, or just want to let your legislators know what you’d like them to focus on next session? Learn about the legislative process and how you can participate in it at our free “Your Voice” workshop offered December 4th – 18th at numerous locations around Oahu. The presentation provides information on the State Legislature and legislative process, and includes tips and tools that citizens can use to effectively communicate with lawmakers. The workshop is designed to be helpful to newcomers and seasoned advocates alike.

You can sign up for one of the workshops by clicking here, registering for a particular time and date, and you’ll be emailed a reminder. (But don’t worry, if you didn’t register, drop-ins are always welcome.)

We hope you’ll be able to join us, or will share this message with friends or colleagues who may be interested.
