Bethany Senn

Hawai‘i Youth Food Council Program Coordinator
[she/her] Bethany joined HIPHI in August 2026 as the Hawaiʻi Youth Food Council Program Coordinator. In this role, she coordinates and facilitates a statewide youth council advocating for a more just and resilient food system through policy advocacy, community engagement, leadership development, and education. Bethany brings five years of experience at Windward Community College supporting student success and program development, as well as internship experience with the Stupski Foundation and Hawaiʻi Primary Care Association. She holds a BA in English and Religious Traditions with a minor in Peace Studies from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. In her free time, Bethany enjoys reading, attending live music events, and getting out in nature often. She is a serial foster-fail cat parent.
