[she/her] Breon joined HIPHI in May 2026 as the Maui Nui Food Alliance Coordinator. In this role, she works with the HEAL team and the Maui Nui Food Alliance to engage and empower community members in advocacy efforts focused on improving food access, strengthening local food systems, and improving health outcomes across Maui Nui. Breon holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology degree and brings more than 15 years of experience leading resilience and wellness programs. From an Iowa farm to Hawai‘i advocacy, Breon is dedicated to local food access and farmer support. Fun fact: Breon grew up in a small town in Iowa near Ashton Kutcher, with whom she went to homecoming during her sophomore year!
