Spencer Headley

[he/him] Spencer joined HIPHI in June 2025 as the Community Coordinator for the Maui Coalition for Drug-Free Youth. He supports youth-led organizing and advocates for forward-thinking legislative strategies to reduce underage alcohol use in Maui County. Spencer earned his MPH from George Washington University in 2018 and worked with the Hawai‘i State Department of Health from 2019 to 2021, gaining experience in community work both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. He enjoys spending time around the ocean or in the mountains.
