The Hawaiian Islands Oral Health Task Force has been instrumental in supporting oral health efforts since the completion of the last state oral health strategic plan in 2003. Now, the task force is moving forward to update the plan.
HIPHI is thrilled to be partnering with the Hawai‘i State Department of Health Family Health Services Division to facilitate a series of strategic planning town hall meetings to gather input from stakeholders on each island.
The new strategic plan is targeted for completion by summer 2018. It will provide guidance on how to address Hawaii’s oral health challenges and ever-changing healthcare environment.
HIPHI will continue to seek input from all who are committed to improving oral health in our state. Attendance to the strategic town hall meetings is free and open to the public. Learn more and find a planning session here.
