Mission:
Our mission is to empower schools and communities in Hawaiʻi to normalize active transportation amongst students, regardless of age and ability, by providing resources and support.
Vision:
Our vision is to make active transportation a safe, accessible, and everyday choice for our communities. We aim to highlight the benefits of walking, biking, and rolling to school, normalize these practical and viable options, and support ʻohana in making informed transportation decisions.

Host a Walk & Roll Event at Your School!
Did you know May and October are Walk & Roll to School months in Hawaiʻi? During these months, school communities across the islands commit to hosting a day (or more!) to celebrate the benefits of walking, biking, or rolling to school. However, Walk & Roll to School days can be held at any time of the year. We have support available in each county to help you navigate the process of hosting one at your school.
