HCV Epidemiology; Elimination Efforts – Hawai`i Hepatitis C Screening and Linkage to Care ECHO

Hawai`i HCV Screening and Linkage to Care ECHO is a 12-week educational hepatitis series designed to reach providers and practices specifically in those Hawai`i geographies with below average screening and treatment for HCV measures. Sessions run on Mondays from January 27 to April 21st, from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM.

This program is funded under an an independent screening and health fairs grant from AbbVie, Inc. with the following agreement language: “Each party represents and warrants that (a) neither this Agreement, nor any payment hereunder, is in exchange for any explicit or implicit agreement or understanding that You purchase, lease, order, prescribe, recommend or otherwise arrange for, or provide formulary or other preferential or qualifying status for, the use of AbbVie products, and (b) the total payment for the services represents the fair market value for the services and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business between You and AbbVie. You represent and warrant that if the scope of services includes promotional speaking about AbbVie’s products, the contents of the presentation will be within approved product labeling.”
