Join us as we “STEP” into Transitions, an educational afternoon filled with mini-talks and resources to help students and their parents/guardians navigate their transition journey toward independence after high school. Students and self-advocates can work on advocacy during Q&A with the Kauai County Councilmembers and Legislators.
