Kilos to Kokua Weightlifting Competition

October 22, 2022

On October 22, the Kilos to Kokua weightlifting competition will take place at CrossFit AllStar in Waimea.

  • Details for each session will be announced and sent to registered participants when the lifting order is posted.
  • Registered lifters please bring $20 of non-perishable food to contribute to the Food Basket (in addition to the $30 entry fee).
  • Spectators and crowd welcome and encouraged to contribute non-perishable goods to the food drive for the Food Basket.
