Kūpuna Support Navigator Training: Community Health Workers & Aging

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are nationally recognized frontline public health workers who are trusted members and/or have a uniquely close understanding of the community served. CHWs play a critical role in navigating health and social services, bridging gaps in care, and helping us thrive as we age. Join to learn more about what a CHW is, CHW roles and responsibilities, the impact of CHWs on healthy aging, and local efforts to support CHWs as a workforce.


Who should Attend:
This training is designed for current and aspiring Kūpuna Support Navigators, kūpuna service providers, professionals and stakeholders in the aging field, and others who are passionate about kūpuna health and wellbeing.
