Managing Complex Emotions in a Complex World discusses the negative effects of stress and anxiety, identifies healthy ways to keep balance, reviews warning signs, and outlines community resources.
Learning Objectives:
Describe the negative impact of COVID-19 on mental health.
Discuss the physiological and psychological effects of stress and anxiety.
Identify self-care and coping skills to address anxiety.
Review crisis resources available to the community.
*1.5 credit hours for CNE, CME, SW, CSAC, CPS, CHES, RD and Pharmacy pending approval*
