Maui Wildfires Webinar: Support for your Team, Yourself and Your Community by Kaiser Permanente

Supporting employees after a tragedy is often difficult and complex to process as individuals and as a workforce. The feelings that arise often involve grief, loss, and sometimes fear or even anger. Providing a safe place for employees to seek support and resources they have available to them is important. It is also important to take care of yourself and know that you do not need to solve or fix things for them. This webinar is focused on providing tools and resources to help your managers and leaders support their staff. We may provide subsequent webinars focused on supporting your leaders and staff in the weeks ahead based on your feedback. Our hearts go out to our members directly affected by the wildfires on Maui.
