This youth-led training will be held in downtown Honolulu . This is a great opportunity to review the Youth Council’s policy priorities, learn how a bill becomes a law, and understand why messaging matters. Attendees will write testimony for the 2026 legislative session and hear from a panel of lawmakers who will: share insights into what the legislative process looks like from their side, and provide tips on how youth can have an impact at the Capitol.
