This youth-led training will be held in downtown Honolulu. We will review the Youth Council’s policy priorities, how a bill becomes a law, and why messaging matters. Attendees will write testimony for the 2025 legislative session and hear from a panel of lawmakers who will: (1) share insights into what the legislative process looks like from their side and (2) provide tips on how youth can have an impact at the Capitol.
