Rent & Utility Relief In-Person Event

The City, Catholic Charities Hawai‘i, and Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement will hold in-person enrollment events throughout the community to reach new applicants who may not be able to apply online.
Each event is by appointment. To schedule a time to apply, renters should call one of these phone numbers: (808) 940-5209, or (808) 940-6993, or (808) 940-2838, or (808) 728-3508, or (808) 741-6966.
Providing access is a priority. For auxiliary aid/service, other accommodation due to a disability, or an interpreter for a language other than English, please contact (808) 768-5764 between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or oer@honolulu.gov at least 3 to 5 business days before the scheduled event. Without advanced notice, it may not be possible to fulfill requests.
