Meet The Facilitator

Betsy McFarland, CVA has a passion for fostering leadership in those dedicated to addressing complex societal challenges. Betsy’s history includes extensive hands-on disaster response leadership in the nonprofit sector including recovery work after Hurricane Katrina. She excels in volunteer involvement assessments, strategy development, and training as a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA).
