The Lunch and Learn series is brought to you by the Hawai’i Community Health Worker Association’s Workforce Development Committee, and is a series of virtual trainings tailored for Community Health Workers (CHWs).

February’s Lunch and Learn, “What is Hypertension? And What Can We Do About It?”, is led by experienced nurse and health educator, May Kealoha, RN, Ph.D. Participants will learn about topics such as understanding hypertension, heart anatomy, managing medication, and lifestyle and diet.
