All who pre-register and check in will be eligible to win prizes including a 2-night stay at the Kauai Marriott Resort, bicycles and more.  You must be present to win!

There is no cost for this event, but please consider bringing a healthy food item for the Healthy Food Drive that will benefit the Kaua‘i Independent Food Bank AND the Hawaii Food Bank-Kauai Branch equally. Suggestions for donations are listed here.

Why not leave your car at home and take the FREE Westside Transport Bus (round trip) from Kekaha or the Northshore Transport Bus (round trip) to the event?  There will be special prize drawings for those who take the bus.

This is a Zero Waste Event! Many will get a GEICO water bottle which can be filled at the event, and you are invited to bring your favorite water bottle as well.

This high-energy, annual event is co-sponsored by Get Fit Kaua’i (a program of the Hawai‘i Public Health Insitute), the State Department of Health, Kaiser Permanente, the County of Kaua’i and HMSA.
