Tobacco-Free Kaua‘i Looks to the Summer
Valerie Saiki, Kaua‘i Coordinator and partners from Hale ‘Ōpio Kaua‘i, Inc. at the Ola Pono o Kaua‘i Conference on May 14, 2024.
The Tobacco-Free Kaua‘i Coalition’s (TFK) top priority is educating our community regarding specific advocacy work, including ending the sale of flavored tobacco products on Kaua‘i, tobacco-free county parks, and the continued importance of smoke-free vehicles with children inside.
In March, TFK partnered with other organizations to offer advocacy training for community members.
Throughout the summer, TFK would like to utilize various community events to provide tobacco education to the community. With your help, TFK can participate in multiple events throughout the summer.
If you would like to assist in educating the community, please complete this form. A few events to consider:
- July 13: Back to School Bash
- July 20: Kaua‘i Bike & Safety Day
- August 17: American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life
