Perspectives on Community Health Field Trip: Healing Horses Kauai

Join us for our next Perspectives on Community Health Trip on Kaua‘i! We will be visiting Healing Horses Kauai on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Healing Horses Kauai is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting emotional, physical, and mental well-being through equine-assisted activities and therapy.
Healing Horses Kauai strives to empower each individual to address and challenge their unique needs physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially. During this trip, we will tour the facilities, get an overview of their programs, observe horses in action with participants, and discuss how their work fosters resilience, healing, and connection.
